Being Green

I am on day 52 of being green! And it has been so much easier to change
my life style than I ever thought. Okay, so I am slightly obsessed, apologies.
But my goodness. How lovely are these smoothies! I can't wait adding ice
cubes soon, with the weather turning hot and sunny. 

My favourite smoothie at the moment is

  • orange
  • banana
  • apple
  • kale
  • parsley
  • avocado
  • honey

Mix with icy cold water and drink through out the day.

I am always looking for more combinations, so if you have a great recipe for
a green smoothie, please let me know.

  2. p.s. my favourite is banana, coconut water, coriander, baby spinach - very creamy, rich & yummy!

  3. i like one with baby spinach, strawberry and banana with some water and sometimes a spoon of organic honey or the other one baby spinach with banana and blueberries also with some water :)

  4. While I was blending things, I started making tofu pops for my children - they loved them: tofu, cherries (any fruit), lemon and honey, then freeze in popsicle molds.

  5. Wow, I'm certainly gonna try this one, it looks delicious!
