  4. If only we could keep calm in the click of a finger! I often need to just walk away to another room & find something else for a few minutes to clear the craziness! If there's time... nothing like a coffee or tea to soothe the brain! Tonights been the typical night of craziness, I need calm ;•) Love love this tape!! Ps. Your print arrived, it's beautiful as I imagined, Kristy xx

  13. I have a CALM painted sign that I keep next to my sewing machine. When in need, I sit down, inhale deeply, and sew. It ALWAYS works for me! Creating with fiber takes the trouble and makes it disappear!
I admire your work very much!

  32. Great give-away! Keep calm is an impossible art for me. I am very chaotic with my ADD. The only way to be calm is: Write, write, write ...

  35. Hello Anna,
    What a lovely give-away.
Keeping calm is something I learned over the years with 5 kids walking around;) . Just shut your mouth, walk away and lock yourself in your bedroom. After a while they will come to get you, wondering what is wrong or very modest, because they now. Then talk.
Don't do this to often, but you'll see, they will be like little lambs the rest of the day:)

  42. Nothing works as well as a god cup of tea for me. And in extreme situation, I may use some of my favourite snack: walnut and dark chocolate.

  43. Things that help me stay calm: Diet Dr. Pepper, quilting, looking at fabric, knowing my husband will get home from work at 5:30-6ish and we'll then have two sets of hands to take care of our girls rather than one set, Jane Austen movies, good audio books, Sunday dinners at my parents, dark chocolate, prayer, journal time. Just a few of many things I lean on to 'Keep Calm and Carry On.'
